Personal data is processed in line with the Law on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo (No. 06/L-082), which follows the same principles as the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

The booking form on this website does not submit anything to a server and nothing is stored here. When you press the button, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message already written out — your name, the treatment, your preferred date and time, and anything you added.

Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp yourself. You can edit or delete the message before that, or simply close it.

Once you send the message, we receive what it contains: your name, your WhatsApp phone number, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred time, and any notes you chose to add.

We use this only to answer you, agree a time and provide the treatment. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a service agreement, and our legitimate interest in running the salon.

Please do not send health details through WhatsApp. If a treatment requires them, we will ask you at the salon and record only what is necessary.

Your conversation with us takes place inside WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Meta processes the message and its metadata under its own privacy policy, over which we have no control.

If you would rather not use WhatsApp, call us on 044 158 234 or come to the salon.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a single item in your browser's local storage — the language you picked — so the site opens in that language next time. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel records technical request logs, which include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and are kept for a short period by the host.

The website's photos and text are served from the same host. We do not run any tracking or profiling on top of this.

The contact section embeds a Google Maps frame. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. If you prefer to avoid this, use the address written on the page rather than the map.

The Instagram and Facebook icons are ordinary links. Nothing is shared with those networks until you click one.

WhatsApp conversations and appointment details are kept for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can refer to what was done in previous sessions. Ask us and we will delete your conversation.

Records we are required by law to keep, such as accounting documents, are kept for the period the law requires.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. It is seen by the people working at Tea Ten who need it to serve you, and by the service providers named on this page — our host and WhatsApp — acting in their own capacity.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also withdraw consent where we relied on it, without affecting what happened before.

Write to us on WhatsApp or call 044 158 234 and we will answer. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo.

Treatments for anyone under 18 are arranged with a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.

If we change how the site works we will update this page and the date at the top. The version you see here is the one that applies today.
